These SPC-Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (the “SPC-Rewards Program Terms”) govern the SPC-Rewards loyalty program (the “SPC-Rewards Program”) operated by Southpointe Catering– Canonsburg PA (“Southpointe Catering-Canonsburg,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging in any activity that earns you points in the SPC-Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these SPC-Rewards Program Terms.
Program Benefits
You will receive two points for each $1 of qualified spend you have through southpointecatering.com. Qualified spend is the amount you pay for all food and beverage orders you place through the marketplace, minus any coupons, discounts and credits applied to your order, and before taxes, delivery fees and any voluntary tip are applied.
Refer a friend and you can also earn points on any qualified spend they make through southpointecatering.com. New customer must reference your name or Member Code when they sign up.
How to Use and Redeem SPC-Rewards Points
Once your account reaches 2,500 points, you will be issued a certificate to redeem your points for gift cards from over 100 nationally known retails. Certificate will be emailed to the email address associated with your account.
SPC-Rewards Points Expiration
Your SPC-Rewards points will expire if you have not placed a fulfilled order through southpointecatering.com in the last 12 months.
Other Important SPC-Rewards Program Information You Should Know
Points are non-transferrable, may not be resold, and are not redeemable for cash or as a credit on past orders. You agree we may change these SPC-Rewards Program Terms, terminate the SPC-Rewards Program, or expire, deduct, limit, or modify your SPC-Rewards points at any time for any reason, including in the event we determine or believe that your participation in the SPC-Rewards Program was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise in violation of these SPC-Rewards Program Terms.
